1. Application and Advantage

 1)      Completely without Cr6+, can meet the products requirement for exporting to Europe, America, Japan etc.

2) Corrosion- resistance ability of the color passivative film is excellent, can pass 100-hour neutral salt spray test (NSS test).

 

2.Bath Composition and Working Conditions

   HN -69                       120~150ml/L

Temperature                   55~65°C

Passivation time              40~70 seconds

pH value                         1.7~2.1

Agitation                    mechanical agitation

   

Uses: Blue zinc passivation after zinc plating.

Additives composition: HN-69 color zinc passivator

Appearance: Gray green liquid

 Package: 25kg/plastic barrel

Storage: cool,dry,ventilated,and hermetically sealed for storage.
