1. Application and Advantage of Pearl Nickel
1) Even deposit like suede surface, easy to have this effect.
2) Dense, fine grained pearl nickel plating layer.
3) Deposit is slight matte with bright effect.
4) Even and bright white pearl nickel plating layer, excellent touch & score-resistance ability.
5)Chromium, bronze, silver, gold and black nickel can be further plated on for forming various nice plating layers.

Nickel sulfate 420~435g/L
Nickel chloride 25~45g/L
Boric acid 37~42g/L
Pearl nickel softener HN -G5 15~25ml/L
Pearl nickel auxiliary agent HN -G1 4~10ml/L
Pearl nickel sandy agent HN -G6 0.3~0.5ml/L
Temperature 50~55°C
pH value 4.0~4.5
Current density 3~8 A/dm2
Agitation mechanical agitation
Filtration filter during no working condition
Consumption:
Pearl nickel softener HN -G5 0.7~1.5L/1000A.H
Pearl nickel auxiliary agent HN -G1 0.8~1.7L/1000A.H
