1. Applicaiton and Advantage

1)HN-63D is an inorganic sealer which is solvent, transparent silicate.

2)The color of the passivative film will not change after sealing process. The corrosion resistance is obviously improved.

 

2.Bath Composition and Working Conditions

 Sealer HN -63D                20~50ml/L

Diluting agent                  purified water

Temperature                   40~70°C

Sealing time                 90~130 seconds

 

Uses: Sealing after plating to keep the plating layer..

Additives composition: HN-63D sealer

 Package: 25kg/plastic barrel

Storage: cool,dry,ventilated,and hermetically sealed for storage.
