1. Application and Advantage

Suitable for all kinds of metal basal parts, such as steel, aluminum alloy, zinc die cast parts etc.It is a kind of neutral active solution and won’t corrode basal parts. It can remove wax quickly with its’ excellent wettability and infiltrability.

   3.Less foam. Hydrophobic film is formed on surface after treatment and has a certain self-protective ability, which can use degreaser (pH>=11) to remove. 

 

2.Bath Composition and Working Conditions

Hot immersion:

HN -DCR                     30~50ml/L

Temperature                   70~90°C

Time                        3~10 minutes

Agitation                     proper shaking

Ultrasonic hot immersion:

HN -DCR                     10~30ml/L

Temperature                   60~80°C

Time                         1~5 minutes

Agitation                     non- shaking
